some guys on honda-tech say u can make the same power with stock type-s cams and that the only difference between ITR cams and the type-s is more duration, so the hp gain is not worth it maybe (1-4whp). could someone clarify this i plan on doing itr cams when i get some cash saved....

so if i went itr intake manifold, itr cams, hondata k-pro, img, it would be a worthwhile set up. this would be in addition to my current set up injen cai (soon probably next two weeks), dc race header, borla exhaust... are mid to low 13s possible?

haha are they?? i know practically nothing about crower's K-series cams besides their specs no dynos nada, toda is proven with the K-series.Rookie said:
the crowers i had on my gsr worked well, one cam snapped but that was b/c of the install, i sent it back to crower they replaced the cam reinstalled and no problems for 15k till my gsr was stolen.
their stage 1's look tempting though...
