those wheel thingies on the back end of the camshafts. I can't seem to find it in the service manual. would've expected it to be listed somewhere in Chapter 6. 6-28 lists the specs for the camshaft sprockets but not the pulse plates.

Also, in the NHTSA TSB database the following item appears:
Make : ACURA Model : RSX Year : 2002
Service Bulletin Num : 010702 Date of Bulletin: JUL 01, 2002
NHTSA Item Number: 636793
Component: ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:ENGINE
Summary:
SERVICE MANUAL FIX REGARDING TORQUE SPEC FOR CAMSHAFT PULSE PLATE. *TT
sounds like they either left it out or had it wrong! anyone know the answer? thanks

I got the answer (thanks GreenBean)

29 lb-ft (39 N-m) for the mounting bolts on the pulse plates.

83 lb-ft (113 N-m) for the intake VTC actuator mounting bolt
51 lb-ft (69 N-m) for the exhaust camshaft sprocket mounting bolt

good to know if you install your own camshafts, or you want to make sure your shop gets it right.
