wow.. i guess changing oil from dealership isn't good idea, sue them and get a new car.
What to do when the dealership that gave you an oil change forgot to put oil?
Ok, this sounds really dumb...but i was in a honda location specifically in the City of Tracy, stoppin by at a friends house on my way to sacramento...
anyway....i stopped by manteca, which was about 20 minutes-25 minutes with traffic away....
well i got there, my AC was NOT working at all..it was hot as fuck, so i thought it was just the heat, because when there is more stress on the engine it cuts different shit off..anyway...i get to my friends in manteca....i recieve a call, the technician that worked on my car said there was a huge puddle of oil where my car was parked after being serviced....then he called back saying that the techs never put oil in my car....
my phone was in my car...i was going to go drive my car and get my phone i noticed these two messages, i always pick up my voicemails before i go anywhere...so i decided after i heard that not to start the car...(it probably would turn over anyway... (i have the video tape of the guy extenuating that hed replace my engine if it failed because of this...) anyway...so they get a tow truck out, and tow it to honda of tracy....i did NOT go with the tow truck driver...the fishy thing is..when i got there, i was arguing with the service manager to give me a compression test, along with pulling out my oil pan to see if there was any shavings on from whatever.....(suggested by my buddys at acura of pleasanton)
they did not want to do that..now im contemplating taking them to court and have them replace my engine...but before i go on with that...they got my car there, and the service manager said the tow truck driver stopped to make sure my car was fine and started fine and everything, now them not knowing i took a video BEFORE showing that there is clearly NO OIL on the dip stick as i cleaned it several times...and dipped it back in.
i dont know what the hell to do but call the owner of the honda shop, and having warranty repair or replacement by acura(honda)....my budds at acura are pissed and the car is currently in thier shop...for evaluations...and repair replacement....
the video that will soon be posted is only of that of the car starting i dont think it will constitute showing the dip stick with no oil... because remember i already recieved two phone calls confirming there was NO oil put in...
the FISHY ass thing is...they never told me about the tow truck driver starting my car and "making sure" everything was running fine..he is not a honda certified tech, and i dont trust him....i think something went down from the time i left to the time they called the guy, because when they got it back, it shows my car starting up fine...until the end you hear a higher pitched sound..and you still hear it when you drive at higher RPMs ONLY!

sorry guys for all the jumble im just pissed and pretty much have a 25K paperweight soon...if this problem doesnt get resolved...NO MODS on the car btw

they ended up refunding my oil change..but damn wtf...id rather pay the 36 bucks and get a new engine..i didnt elect to get it refunded..they just acted on it...as if they knew what was wrong
they declined to do compression tests, and remove the oil pan so i can physically see...acura paid for the tow and is diagnosticly checking my car...
edit: the person in the background is my friend saying that 5 other people saw that there was no oil in the damn car....and then the manager says well do you see oil in it now...(no shit you dumb shit, of course theres going to be oil in it now, this dealership is schiesty i heard sometimes....they dont give a shit about customer service once a car is sold)

Well, I didn't care to read the whole post....or even a 1/4 of it...Changing oil is one of the most basic things you can do and to have someone else do it, and fuck it up.....I would be so fucking pissed. yeah i was thinking though..if i was running the car...id say 25minutes while the oil was either leaking or there was no oil...it would cause my ac to go out fast right? well what would happen if i were to start the car? after i turned it off? would it not turn over or would it still turn over but run purely on gasoline?
im just a bit confused, isnt the car supposed to lock up...UNLESS the towtruck driver was instructed to put oil in it? because it did come back with FULL oil....(which was odd)

Man that is fucked up!... Honda needs to hire some competitant employees over there!! I'd would fork out my own cash to get a compression test and if its not up to standards i take the fkkn bill to Honda and get them to fix this shiiiet.
