I've been having trouble finding out the name of this lip. Help me out please.

So lets say I would like to get one. Where can I get one? Can't seem to find it. Dumb questions but I can't find the answers lol. Thanks. Oh and I have a 02, would it still fit?

ps: you'll need to modify the reinforcement bar that sits behind the bumper or buy a jdm piece.

The lip won't fit the usdm bumper you will need the 04-05 ctr bumper. Just in case you didn't know already.
