The windshield wiper works in all speeds. Problems is when you turn it off. The wiper stops in random areas on the windshield. Midway, full and 1/3 from the rest point. What could be the issue? Please help thanks guys.

Maybe the wiper linkage? "Rod unit A" seems to cause a lot of slack in the wiper arms.. between hitting the A pillar and the bottom of the wiper cowl.

To me that sounds that it is likely the wiper motor internals wearing out. Its best to pull the cowl apart and motor and take a look and see. The wiper arms only move with the wiper motor so to me the issue is highly likely there.

I’ll do this on the weekend.

I’ll be removing the cowl this weekend. I’ll report my findings. Thanks
