Guess it depends what lip kit or bumper you have on your car already..

Do what looks best for your car. My suggestion google search RSX carbon fiber hood and look through all the images.

Example I don't like the Mugen hood unless it's got a mugen bumper or at least lip.

Mugen's the only one that looks like it belongs on the car, imo.

I can tell you to stay away from Carbon Creations hoods. Mine has kinda poor fitment (most noticeable being that it doesn't completely follow the curve of the tops of the fenders), and spots of uneven weave. Doesn't stop people on the street from complimenting my car, but I notice these things every day. One of these days I'll swap it for a Seibon... the price of the real deal is nuts, sorry.

I bought Seibon and was perfect fit. The lines are identical to OEM.

Imo the mugen cf hood only looks good on a black rsx. And yes i agree woth spazz mugen hood only looks good with a mugen lip etc

 

I think the INGS hood looks pretty nice, similar to the mugen design but more subtle and doesn't look like someone just stuck some vents in there like other hoods.

 

That looks really good i like the color combo, havent thought of yellow. Maybe its because of the bumper

I haven't had any problems with my Mugen rep, even taking it through car washes :dontknow:. My bay's dirty as hell though. You gotta figure, cars like the Evo and STi have vents factory, so it can't be too bad, right? lol

I thought I heard one of those high-dollar hoods (o.g., not reps) had removable trays for bad weather.

First post has my gold hood second post has two pics of my silver. there is a small polished string of gold or silver woven into the carbon fiber
