1000ccs should get you there. If you're going higher than that or planning on running e85 you might want to look at something bigger. IDs and DW are good. Don't forget a fuel pump upgrade too.
What fuel pump do you think I should use cause I’m seeing a lot of different answers, right now I have a 265lph from DW I see some people saying that a 265 is enough and some say it isn’t and that I should go for a 340
I dream of doing a much more mild turbo setup someday. Don't want to highjack your post, but out of curiosity what did you go with for parts? Manifold/turbo/intercooler/BOV/piping? I guess my main question is are you going to do all the piping custom? Or did you find some combo of parts that go together nicely?
Well I’m doing kinda like a custom, for manifold I’m doing plm manifold with a pulsar 3582 turbo, plm intercooler, 50mm pulsar blow off valve, and my intercooler piping ima have a shop make it because there’s no like good piping that can work with my set up
I finished a k20 VSR6262 turbo build recently and had it tuned to around 430 hp/ 293 tq on 10 psi w/1050x ID injectors (highly recommend these for this power level, runs like stock) and dw265 pump. With this set up I'm around 80% duty cycle on e85 fuel return style, so if you want more power probably have to go with at least 1300cc injectors.
2200 cc injectors if you're wanting 600+ hp
That's what everyone keeps suggesting to me and I've got DC5CREATIONS turbo kit pulsar gt3582 turbo 60mm waste gate and 50mm BOV and I've got a walbro 450 fuel pump and gonna do a fuel return setup as well I'm hoping for anywhere between 500-700 hp on the dyno when all together
I agree with you for 600+ hp but have heard that the ID 1300 may be a better balance for daily/weekend street car if your power goals are 400-600 hp
