New here to the forums. Got a k24 that I wanna boost, but I want to use an oil cooler. That being said I know you can use a RSX water pump and housing. That being said, the housing is no longer available and they are almost impossible to find online in good condition. Is there another oil cooler that I can use?

here is a OEM oil cooler below :

If you do not have the OEM fitting that connect to the water pump, I should have a used one laying around. The other one needed I do not have an extra of and is discontinued.

I have the OEM hoses if you need them as well, I went with Hybrid Racing silicone hoses.

do i need to swap to a USDM auto tensioner?
no, it is not required. It is a personal choice. The OEM auto tensioner is a good part to have. I went with a aftermarket side mount that has manual tensioner. If it does not work properly which some of them do, I will install my OEM auto tensioner after rebuilding it or buy the Hybrid Racing side mount pulley kit.

Idk if i should get a hybrid racing side mount pulley kit, the ktuned postmount and pulley/tensioner kit, or a stock post mount with a usdm tensioner.
I have already bought the K-tuned post mount & pulley tensioner kit. I like it because of the weight savings and looks. After inspecting it, I noticed the bearing inside of the pulley was not aligned evenly. I fixed that and things are better. My engine is not ready to be turned over and driven, so I cannot attest to the kits performance yet. I have not heard bad things about it but I am sure there is someone that has something bad to say because it is a K-tuned part.

I don't play into that kind of earbreeding without proof or evidence. I am running a few K-tuned parts on my build and I look forward to running them. I will deal with any issues when they arrive and will address them then.

As far as Hybrid Racing, I have only great things to say about their parts. I have many of them on my build. The Hybrid Racing pulley tensioner is a nice kit and I have heard nothing but happy customers relating.

I like the OEM auto tensioner and I think it is the best option for our engines. I am currently cleaning mine and accessing it for a rebuild encase I have any issues with the K-tuned post mount tensioner such as pulley wobble, belt alignment, and the tensioner bolt does not hold properly. again I won't know until I get it running. My old SC build had a simpler tensioner bolt like K-tuned'ss on the post mount. I never had issues with the SC part, it held up fine with the additional stress that the SC'ers cause on the belt. I had to change my belt between 6,000 - 10,000 miles on the street. Road course events I would install a new belt everytime.
