Karcepts makes an updated adapter I believe so you can run an 06-08 manifold. I seem to remember 06+ manifold was slightly better, bigger primaries or something.

If you look at the picture there is a relief cut in the adapter to run the iacv.

Just keep in mind, I'm pretty sure the RBB used for testing was cut and ported. A stock RBB might not do quite as well, although I still agree with using the RBB for all the torques. There's a reason I have one sitting in the garage waiting to go on my k24a1.
