Sounds like a hydraulic problem. Might have air in your clutch line. Might need a new master cylinder. Does it seem like it's behaving normally?

 

Its kinda behaving a little different, I had one guy test drive it and he said the clutch feels like it grabs at the end of the pedal and It might need to be replaced. And another mechanic that didn’t really care when he pushed in the pedal listened to the noise said the pressure plate is to stiff. But like I said it never slips and grabs gears fine even when Im shifting at 8000 rpms. My slave cylinder looks like it is leaking and I haven’t checked any motor mounts Im just hoping I can figure it out. When I turn the Ac on it feels like the car wants to stall when in first gear like I have to give it more gas and let go more soon.

 

Have you tried applying some grease to the moving joints under the dash? If not, I'd start there as that is a common cause of what you describe.

release bearing is done. best economy is replace the entire assembly.

 

If your slave cylinder is leaking you'd best replace that. Bleeding the system would eliminate the possibility of it just being air in the line.

Sounds like a bad throwout bearing. That is a pain to replace. Might as well replace the friction disk while you're in there.
