I didn't see anything like this posted anywhere else, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I personally prefer OEM wheels on cars, especially OEM wheels that don't belong on that year/make/model.

I've seen a few posts for S2000 wheels, or TL wheels, but I thought having a place where one could find all the different types of OEM style wheels on the RSX would be a good thing.

I'll start off with my sunflower Si's:

Right. I like OEM wheels. Not these in particular, but I figured I'd set the tone. I'm looking for pics of other OEM wheels.

I didn't start a thread with the title of RSX's on Si wheels, because I already know it looks terrible.

I didn't think this was that difficult to discern, BMW and Merc guys seem to have no trouble understanding.

Agree, they look nice, but that's the more common route, I'm more interested in AP2 or TL wheels, but I've yet to see anyone pull off the latter.

 

18" HFP, in bad need of some 25mm spacers (will be getting soon)

Yeah, I didn't like the TL-S wheels at all. I honestly prefer the 3rd gen standard TL wheels. Like I said though, I haven't seen them presented very well.

Anyway, the point of this thread was not for me to get "ideas" of what I'm looking for, but more so if people are searching, they can find one thread, with all different styles of OEM wheels in it. Searching for specifics is difficult sometimes, so I figured having something generalized would be nice for future searches. Seems that we're off to a good start.

Agreed. I'd like to do the V2 standard 350Z wheels, but haven't found a deal on them yet.

Also, I like the Mach 1 wheels. I'm a sucker for anything with a machined finish. Seems that you can pick them up quite cheap, they're 8 inches wide, and OEM ones have a +30 offset, so they should be pretty well flush on the RSX.

I've got some extra cash laying around, so I might just have to start whoring out OEM wheels.

kinda dig the mustang wheels they dont look too bad as temporary wheels or winter wheels good thread

 

Here is mine. bought the car riced out in Feb. spent 2 days detailing, and 2 days stripping the crappy spray paint of the wheels and not all of it came out. the spray paint was more than 1/4 of an inch thick literally. haha gotta fix my lip too.

thanks man. i wish i got hit.. i live in MS and went to new orleans and while i was driving back(6 going on 7am) i guess i was getting sleepy. i dozed off and swiped the wall or guard rail :shakehead not really sure what i swiped as my eyes were closed *sigh* some bullshit but its my fault so nothing i can do but cry about it. just it wasnt worse, coulda been alot worse than this..

 

Damn dude, that's crazy. Hopefully you're insured, mine just got hit recently in a parking lot. Sucks.

 

Do you have to run spacers with the AP2 wheels? Those do look really good

Yeah I'm insured but I'm just going to be paying out of pocket.

But yeah you need to run spacers with the ap2. I'm running 25mm on all 4.

I actually like the si wheels on a rsx. Would do that to mine, but can't find any good deals locally. Guess I'll go with oem white 05 rsx wheels on my 03 red rsx.
