OK completed the install, here's some info on what to use (in case others are having the same issue). Used 3/16" coiled steel brake line (purchased from Autozone (I'm in IL), probably should have used NiCu line if it is softer). The fittings used are 10 x 1MM with the unthreaded lead on the end before the threads (see photo). The flare used is the ISO Bubble Flare (NOT the SAE bubble flare, there is a difference). Was going to use the loaner kits from the parts stores, but none had the ISO bubble flare kit in stock. Purchased the Neiko 20657A ISO/Bubble Flaring Auto Tool Kit from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00170V64G?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1). Used the 4.75mm hole and die on the tool (3/16" is actually 4.76mm, so it worked fine).

When installing, the torque spec is only about 11 ft. lbs, so no need to crank them extremely tight. Hope this info helps!
