Mine does the same thing, ill be sticking around for an answer.

 

If it's friction that's causing the problem; greasing the tracks and wipers with Shinetsu grease fixed mine.

Roll the window all the way down and apply that stuff inside the two vertical guides on the door frame. But also make sure to get the two wipers at the base of the window frame. Mine were pretty dry and catching the window on the way up. You'll need to roll it up and down a few times to work that shit in. But it fixed my problem.

Lubing all the rubber seals (hatch, window, door and sunroof) isn't a bad idea.
