RBB Install

Hey guys, i bought a RBB Manifold (TSX 04-05) to try it on my RSX i was looking for some DIY but seems like there's nothing.

Anyone can advise about how to install it on the K20A2 head?

What i researched so far, in order to install the RBB Manifold in the K20A2 head you have to:

Extend brake booster line
Extend PVC vaccum line
Same Cut like RBC
Weld the hole after you cut like the RBC
Replace the fuel rail with an aftermarket since the OEM with the middle regulator won't fit
You have to use an RBC\RBB Throttle body adapter in order to user your cable TB
Use only the RBB from the TSX 04-05 because it still has the IACV passage the 06-08 doesn't

i WILL UPDATE MY FINDINGS AND THIS CAN BE A DIY IN THE FUTURE

Karcepts makes an updated adapter I believe so you can run an 06-08 manifold. I seem to remember 06+ manifold was slightly better, bigger primaries or something.

If you look at the picture there is a relief cut in the adapter to run the iacv.

I believe 02-03 CRV's have a fuel rail that has a dampener, but its on the side so it will clear the RBB manifold. Also in case you were wondering the RBB intake manifold holder bracket doesn't fit on the K20A2/3 block (the hole it bolts to is in a different spot).

Just keep in mind, I'm pretty sure the RBB used for testing was cut and ported. A stock RBB might not do quite as well, although I still agree with using the RBB for all the torques. There's a reason I have one sitting in the garage waiting to go on my k24a1.

Yes you are correct the one tested was ported by ENDYN but he was using a stock 62-64mm TB, i going to use 2006 TSX Cams and bore mine to 70mm and use a 70mm TB. Maybe if i can't reach 11ftq at least i can get 8ftq. Currently i have a PRC but i want more torque.
