I noticed that everytime I clutch in and shift to reverse, it grinds. It only grinds when I shift in right after I clutch in. I'm pretty sure I'm clutching in completely everytime I do this too. It doesn't grind though whenever I wait 2-3 seconds after I clutch in and then shift to reverse. Anyone have any ideas as to what my problem is? Would it be under factory warranty?

No car shifts perfectly into reverse. There are no synchros on the reverse idler gear, so it takes a second or two for the 3 gears to mesh smoothly. You've already found the solution, don't shift into reverse while the car is moving at all and wait a couple of seconds after pushing in the clutch pedal.
