What happened to Avid Racing? Is the company still in business?

What happened to AVID racing? I just broke both my motor mounts practicing launching after installing some ESMMs. So i found a great deal on some basic AVID tuner series mounts. I know reviews are mixed but i couldnt pass up the deal. Im just trying to figure out what durameter the mounts i ordered are. They guy i bought them from doesnt know.

The part# is ac.so.ep.ok.10

I would imagine any "series" of mount is going to use the same durometer for any car that particular mount is made for. That said, I put it into Google and found that the Tuner Series uses 75A for DSMs:

AVID Racing sold their business a few years back to a US company. (AVID being a Canadian Company)

Well I'm not 100% certain of who bought them, I suspect it was Torque Solutions. (As they now sell the AVID engineered motor mounts for all Honda/Acuras.
