Hey crsx, I'm going to be ordering a set of wheels that are 17x8.5 +35. I have a set of Dunlop direzza sport z1 star specs in 225/45/r17 that I plan on putting on. My car is dropped on prokit currently and I just want to make sure these wheels will fit ok. I've tried to search and couldn't find the exact answer I was looking for. If anyone has or had these specs please let me know how it fit. Thanks.

I have 17x8.5 +30mm with 225/45/17 BFG R1s and I had to roll my fenders. Dropping down to +35mm and running street tires, you might not have to roll the fenders. Of course it also depends on the amount of negative camber you have too.
Rolling the fenders is no big deal - very easy to do.
