I don't remember the exact code but it started with something like that and it's a 2003

 

do you remember if it was for cam sensor A or B?

if it was for sensor A not being in phase with the crank sensor it could be a problem with the VTC solenoid or VTC actuator

 

I'm not sure it was a week ago that I had it checked because I then order the part and put it in then posted here but I think it said A, do you know what a repair for that would involve?

 

You should get the code for us as it's hard for us to tell you when you don't know what it is.

Was it running poorly before the code?

 

No it was running fine I turned my car off and started it about 15 minutes later it had a really rough start almost stalled then was running bad and had the check engine light on and I drove it home and it wasn't that bad when I was driving it to my house. I then a few days later went to get the code read and it started to run worse and stall when I put the clutch in when I was coming up to a stop sign and stayed about the same till I got home and once I got the part and installed it I still had a check engine light on and it ran poorly.
