I've searched about this and have mixed answers.

 

same here just mixed answers, or people dtrying to do it in older gen integras. But no direct answer to if it bolts on into an rsx, which look the same till i read somewhere that the rsx uses dual stage and the s2000 uses single for the srs

the s2000 and rsx use the same spline pattern and the steering wheels are interchangable..one of my friends is using a jdm dc5r steering wheel in his s2000 and the stock airbag fits right in.
this is kind of a bad picture to show the steering wheel, but if you look closely youll see the red stitching from the jdm dc5r wheel.

does the stock rsx airbag fit the s2k steer wheel?

Yes it does but the airbags are different from AP1 and AP2. I believe all RSX's have Dual stage airbags while AP1 has single stage. I had to do a bunch of research for them.

I just installed an AP1 S2000 wheel in my 06 Rsx and used the airbag from the Rsx. Everything fit perfect and only took 1/2 hour. I changed out the plastic wire holders inside the wheel from the Rsx wheel to the S2k wheel which was super easy. You do have to use the Rsx bag due to the wiring difference metioned above. Luv it!

 

I always thought the Ap1 would not work due to it being a Single Stage Airbag. The Ap2 is dual stage, so the airbag should work...
