Ok well I decided to post up my dyno chart for my mods, just in case it might help someone later down the road.
Car and Mod Information
2006 RSX Type S, 70k miles
I made four sets of dyno runs (three each).
1-3. Stock, no mods whatsoever
4-6. Added Random Technology High Flow Cat, DC Sports 4-2-1 Ceramic Header, Mugen Twin Loop Exhaust
7-9. Added Mugen Airbox Intake
10-12. Added Hondata Reflash #4
The last pic shows what I think are the best runs out of each set. Note that all sets have been corrected using the SAE factor on the Dynojet software.

The big change was probably the reflash. As stated on the Hondata website, there is a dip in the power at around 5k when VTEC engages. But you get a big boost from 5.5k-6k then another boost at 7k on to redline.
I know you're not supposed to use an airbox and instead a CAI, but I didn't want to do any modifications to my bumper/fender area or risk hydrolock even with the hydroshield.
A couple things left that may make any difference (probably small differences) are the new clutch kit and flywheel (most likely ACT Street) and the Hondata IMG. I'll probably do both at the same time along with installing some Hardrace motor mounts (chose this over Innovative because it causes the least vibration while preventing engine movement).
I'm definitely not bragging on my numbers and just wanted to post for people to look at and see if they had similar gains or wanted to see what add ons provided different results.
