And FWIW, these wheels are on my TL setup w/ Tein SS-P's w/ ~1 finger gap all around... I was toying with the idea of either getting spacers or a bit wider tire. I know there are pros and cons and debates going as to whether a wider tire will really help or will it just cause more problems than its worth.

Handling wont be jeopardized
OEM BMW's models ran 17x7.5 wheels on 235/45 tires routinely.
You CAN run 235/45's, but OEM Acura recommendation is 225/45.
I decided go wider b/c it protects the rim a bit more and fills in the ugly 4x4 gap a bit better on stock suspension. I also wanted to get slightly better off the line traction.
The tire is only 5mm wider on both sides, it wont be enough to fill in the gap on a TL.
Its barely noticeable.

According to this post, the part number is 08W17-S6M-201. My local dealer Niello Acura quoted me $834 total to the shop.

think the drop looks perfect with those wheels. Aspec drop? nice and clean. :thumbsup:
